bind.

Bind is my major project for my final year of uni, a passion project that I had to see myself working on for the entire year. It was something I had to take my time to work towards, it wasn't something that came easy. One of my favourite things about working in design is typography and fonts, they're the makers or breakers of a project yet it's something that's often overlooked. This was the means for me to create something that brings typography to the forefront of designers attention, in a way that hasn't been done.

Now on to what 'Bind' is! It's an educational tool for new designers AND any designers eager to learn more about type and its fundamentals. There is a continuous flow to the application, there's a beginning and an end as they'll be learning, trying and using type.

Throughout this project so far I've worked hard to develop things such as a strong colour palette, strong paper wireframes and a strong lo-fi prototype before moving towards hi-fi. I've also been making sure to experiment with the what I can do in Adobe XD, in ways of prototyping.

You can check out my bind masterpost (final year masterpost) and final prototype below!
